Puonkawp/kawptah /Deihchang puon

Puonkawp is a light piece of quilt that can be used comfortably like a blanket at night. It is also used as a bedspread or a bed cover. This piece of cloth has no particular design or colour scheme (Ibid). Puonkawp is distinctly woven with double yarn and the loom is also set in such a way that the yarns/fibres are woven in pairs both lengthwise and breadth wise.
